In New Zealand it is illegal to sell liquor to anyone under the age of 18, buy liquor when under the age of 18 and to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor. It is also illegal to purchase alcohol as a gift for anyone under the age of 18 years.
Broken Heart Spirits may also suspend or terminate any order for Products made by any person for any reason including that we believe you are under the legal age to purchase alcohol.
By purchasing products using Broken Heart Spirit’s online shop, you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions, returns policy and are not contravening the alcohol laws in your country of purchase.
Returns – The product must be unopened and returned in as new condition to receive a refund (excluding shipping). Please note that the costs of return shipping must be met by the customer. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
